The fastest way is by plane. In Kalibo, you may ride airconditioned buses or vans for hire that will take you to Jetty Port where the boats to Boracay are stationed.

Most large restaurants, stores and hotels accept major credit cards. Travelers cheques and cash can be changed at the Boracay Tourist Center, the foreign exchange counter at the Allied Bank next to the Queen’s Beach Resort in Angol and the Boracay branch of the Allied Bank.
